Where Athletic Dreams Meet Precision Care

The Frequency Athlete's Program

A Personal journey from the weight room to healing hands

You know that moment when you're pushing through your final set, and something just doesn't feel right? Maybe it's that nagging shoulder twinge during your pickleball serve, or the way your lower back protests after a heavy deadlift session. I've been there many times. As both an athlete pushing my own limits and now as the practitioner helping others break through theirs.

My path from Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist to Doctor of Chiropractic wasn't just a career change; it was a calling born from understanding what it truly means to live in an athlete's body.

The reason I became a Chiropractor was because my career as a Strength Coach. When I was 23, I was excelling in the profession, working with professional athletes, college athletes, and elite-level high school athletes. I had access to some of the best coaches in the business as mentors. They convinced me that if I really wanted to support athletes in a way that is needed, I would become a chiropractor and learn hands on care on top of my ability to write out a great strength program. So I listened. I became a chiropractor on top of having the education and experience of being a strength coach working with athletes.

Now, every day, I witness the frustration in my patients' eyes when they describe how pain is stealing their passion. I see it daily on the pickleball courts how people's knee pain, shoulder pain, and tennis elbow limits there performance.

You can have the best pickleball coach in the world, the best backhand drive, but it means nothing when you have tennis elbow that flares up midway through a game. You can be in peak fitness for your hyrox competition, it won’t matter if you are weighed down with lingering shin splints.

That's why I created The Frequency Athlete Recovery Program. It is because peak performance isn't just about training harder; it's about recovering smarter. It is about showing up as the best version of you.

Precision Care with Cutting Edge Technology

Any Chiropractor or Physical Therapist can do an evaluation and give the cookie cutter exercises and treatment for you injury. With this program. you are getting so much more.

What is that worth to you?

Dr. Jared Covarrubias, DC

Meet Your Doctor:

I’m Dr. Jared Covarrubias, DC

I am a lifelong athlete myself and I know the importance of regular maintance on my body. Growing up I played football and was a thrower in high school track. Now I play pickleball regularly. I previously had my CSCS which is a certification for sports performance. My undergraduate degree was in kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Performance and Coaching. What you are getting by working with me is someone who knows what it is like to be an athlete and someone who has worked with athletes their entire career. Since I was 21, I have been working with high school athletes, college athletes, and professional athletes trying to help them improve their performance. Now as a Chiropractor, I have started to really see a need for regular and routine chiropractic care for my athletes.

Unlike standard chiropractic care that repeats the same adjustments every visit, my work is precise and comprehensive. My myofascial therapy technique helps increase blood flow to your muscles so that you can actually contract your muscles properly without trigger point or neurological interference. This means you walk in with stiffness, your squat or lunge not feeling quite right. You walk out feeling completely free of any joint restriction, or muscle restriction. You can perform without hesitation.

Welcome to my practice.
