You can do two 30 minute sessions every other week, a once a week focused 15 minute session, or 30 minutes one week and two 15 minute sessions leading to a specific event if working on an injury. How ever you want to split up your time, you can. This program provides flexibility to you, and your schedule.
In Addition - your time rolls over. If you do not use all your allotted time in a month, no sweat. The time carries over until you use it, as needed.

Iām Dr. Jared Covarrubias, DC
I am a lifelong athlete myself and I know the importance of regular maintance on my body. Growing up I played football and was a thrower in high school track. Now I play pickleball regularly. I previously had my CSCS which is a certification for sports performance. My undergraduate degree was in kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Performance and Coaching. What you are getting by working with me is someone who knows what it is like to be an athlete and someone who has worked with athletes their entire career. Since I was 21, I have been working with high school athletes, college athletes, and professional athletes trying to help them improve their performance. Now as a Chiropractor, I have started to really see a need for regular and routine chiropractic care for my athletes.
Unlike standard chiropractic care that repeats the same adjustments every visit, my work is precise and comprehensive. My myofascial therapy technique helps increase blood flow to your muscles so that you can actually contract your muscles properly without trigger point or neurological interference.
